First Enron, now Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes.
The award-winning director behind the documentary "Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room," has set his sights on Hynes and a political opponent who claims he's been victimized by the district attorney.
For six months, director Alex Gibney trailed John O'Hara - a former Wall Street lawyer and political candidate who believes Hynes pursued voting fraud charges against him as a favor to a political ally O'Hara ran against.
O'Hara was convicted in 1999 of lying about his voting address - a law rarely prosecuted in New York - and was sentenced to five years' probation, $20,000 in fines, 1,500 hours of community service and disbarred as a lawyer.
"I think [O'Hara] got a bum deal," Gibney said. "It seems like a pretty stringent punishment for a small offense."
A major theme of the film will be the battle O'Hara waged against the Brooklyn Democratic machine.
